Directors

Each of the Directors have the reputation for expertise in their particular fields. Their experience has been gained by providing advice and guidance over a number of years on a range of projects and tasks.

Gareth Blanks

Gareth has over 30 years experience in the construction and property industries having worked both as a contractor and consultant. He has directed large multi disciplined project teams and delivered full development solutions comprising land acquisition and disposal and large scale construction. Gareth has extensive experience in public sector procurement and has a deep understanding of the Higher and Further Education sectors.

Nolan Smith

Nolan entered property consultancy from University and has gained considerable experience in performing a number of roles. He has headed a regional office of a national plc taking responsibility for business development and delivery. He has acted as Director of Project Management overseeing a number of mature professionals. He has a reputation for expertise in the Further and Higher Education sectors and has worked on many of the largest schemes being delivered in the UK.

Julian Grindell

Julian has over 20 years experience in a broad range of roles and sectors. As a Chartered Accountant he has worked in both the public and private sectors. He has managed large annual budgets and complex financial structures. He has overseen and managed multimillion capital projects and coordinated a diverse client team from lawyers to architects. In the Further Education sector he has worked as both a Director of Finance of two London Colleges and as Vice Principal of one of the largest Colleges in the South East.

Stuart Markham

Stuart commenced his career working for an international bank in the City of London working on the dealing floors. He entered into property consultancy to achieve a more rewarding career. He has gained significant experience and has used his life skills to advance his career rapidly. He has delivered complex and demanding projects and has provided strategic advice directing clients renewal and relocation proposals.
