Project Sponsor

Fusion performs the role of Project Sponsor on a number of large capital projects.

Construction projects are unique events and can represent significant risk for an organisation and a drain on precious in-house resources if ill-managed.

Fusion, in the role of Project Sponsor, would ensure that the client’s interests are always protected.

As Project Sponsor, we will work on behalf of the client and protect their requirements as the project develops and progresses.

Our duties include:

• Appointment of consultants and specialists

• Assembly of project brief

• Establishment of project programme

• Establishing and managing the overall budget

• Advice on building contractor procurement

• Strategic property development consultancy

• Land assembly and disposal

• Dispute Resolution

• Planning applications and appeals

• Fit-out, decant and occupation management

• Planning and procuring project finance

• Contract arrangements

• Reporting and preparation of key documentation

• Space planning

• Internal liaison and briefing
